Timeframe: Most partners offer a standard return window from the date of delivery. These dates may be shorter or longer windows based on partner. For Gaia merchandise products fulfilled directly from us, the return window is 30 days.

Condition: Items being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Return Approval: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the stipulated return period. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if necessary.
Return Process:

For Gaia Merchandise Products: Many Gaia Merchandise products that are unused can be returned via emailing info@gaia.com and including your Order ID and all relevant information.

For Partner Products: Contact customer support via info@gaia.com to initiate a return request. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, and any necessary evidence (photos, videos, etc.).

Partner's Response: The partner associated with the product will review your return request. They might require additional information or clarification.

Return Authorization (RA) Number: If the partner approves the return, and the item was a physical product, they will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions. This number is essential for tracking your return and ensuring a smooth process.

Package and Ship (for physical item returns only): Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories. Attach the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Follow the partner's instructions for the shipping address and method.

Return Shipping Costs: Depending on the product's policy, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on their part. This will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:

Partner Inspection: For physical product returns, once the partner receives the returned item, they will inspect its condition. If the item is in the specified condition, they will initiate the refund process.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 - 15 business days from the partner's receipt of the returned item and/or confirmation of the refund from the vendor. The refund will be issued in the original payment method unless otherwise specified by the partner.
