Terms & Conditions

(UPDATED - JANUARY 2025)

Due to video production and live streaming, no one under 18 years of age is permitted at GaiaSphere events.

  • Each person entering the Gaia Event Center must be ticketed or registered for the event.
  • Tickets purchased from a source other than Gaia may be lost, stolen, fake, or otherwise violate our terms or policies. Such tickets will not be honored.
  • Gaia does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third-party reseller (such as brokers or individuals). www.gaia.com is the only official online ticketing provider for Gaia events.
  • Tickets may not be resold for more than face value.
  • Fraudulent, misleading or other unlawful conduct in a ticket purchase or sale is a basis for legal enforcement.
  • Proposed purchases in excess of four (4) tickets may be referred to the Gaia Group Sales Department and are subject to service fees and management approval. Please email Tickets@Gaia.com for more information and for larger groups.
  • All productions have ticket purchase limits. The limit may be determined by account, household, credit card, IP address, email address, street address, or other method. In the event that a person or organization purchases more than the limit, Gaia may revoke and un-sell all or part of the excess and issue a refund.
  • Gaia reserves the right to not sell a ticket to any person or organization if we have knowledge or reason to believe, by virtue of the buying process, the buyer’s behavior or for other reasons, that the purchase is for resale or would otherwise violate Gaia’s terms, policies or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to not honor a ticket that Gaia knows or has reason to believe has been purchased in violation of our terms, policies or applicable laws.
  • Ticket purchasers who are identified as having violated the Gaia terms, policies or having purchased with the intent to violate the Gaia terms and policies may have their accounts closed, tickets revoked, admission refused, delivery method changed without prior notification, and/or future purchases refused. Tickets may be seized and cancelled without compensation.

Ticketing Terms & Conditions

By submitting your order, you agree to these terms and conditions, which apply to all ticket orders facilitated by Gaia Ticket Services. Please note: Due to the nature of live event bookings, dates, titles, availability and prices are subject to change at any time. Services fees apply to phone, internet and group purchases.

Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges and Transfers

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Refunds requested more than 30 days before the event will be granted in full.
  • Refunds requested within 30 days of the event are subject to a $100 service fee to cover non-recoverable costs such as food, beverage, and event materials. 

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days (2 weeks) of the event. 

    We strongly encourage all attendees to purchase travel or event insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans due to illness, emergencies, or other life events.

  • All ticket fees are paid by the ticket purchaser including local sales tax.

Theatre Policies

  • Due to video production and live streaming, no one under 18 years of age is permitted at Gaia events. Each person entering the GaiaSphere Event Center must be ticketed or registered for the event.
  • Late seating is at the discretion of the House Management and may not be available at all events. Please arrive on-time.
  • Cell phones, tablets and/or other electronic devices may not be used in the theatre.
  • Use of professional Cameras and recording devices are prohibited in GaiaSphere. The use of personal phones is allowed providing use does not disturb the production or guests.
  • Food and drinks may be taken to your seat.
  • If a patron becomes disruptive, that patron and the group they arrived with may be asked to leave, for any reason. No refunds will be issued.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Gaia and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Gaia events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Gaia. You release Gaia, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Gaia or the person or entity designated to do so by Gaia.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY – COVID-19 RISK INFORMED CONSENT

The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact; as a result, federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. Gaia, Inc. (the “Company”) cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Participating in (the “Event”) or entering the location of the Event involves the risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 and could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. As a result, you should not participate in the Event if you are sick, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, are a vulnerable individual as defined by applicable law, are at risk for any other reason or elect not to assume such risks.

Your participation in the Event or entry into the location of the Event are neither urgent or necessary. The individual named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to voluntarily attend the Event and enter the location at which it is held, and assumes the risks detailed in this Release. In exchange for the benefit I will gain by participating in the Event, I agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this release of liability (this “Release”). I understand that possible exposure to COVID-19 before, during, or after my participation in the Event and or entry onto the location at which it is held may result in the following: a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, extended quarantine or self-isolation requirements, additional testing or medical services, intensive care treatment, possible need for intubation/ventilator support, the risk of death and other complications and risks many of which are not currently known at this time.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM CHOOSING TO VOLUNTARILY ATTEND THE EVENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY SO PARTICIPATING, I AM KNOWINGLY RISKING POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO BACTERIA, VIRUSES, DISEASES, AND OTHER CONTAGION ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY HAVE COVID-19, THAT MAY BE CARRIED TO THE INDIVIDUALS I LIVE WITH AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH WHOM I INTERACT DURING THIS TIME. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES THAT I SUSTAIN MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY THE NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR OF OTHER ATTENDEES OF THE EVENT OR EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ATTENDING THE EVENT AND ENTERING THE LOCATION AT WHICH THE EVENT TAKES PLACE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY, ITS PATRONS, OR OTHERWISE.

I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Company, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, customers, clients, suppliers, vendors, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), arising out of or attributable to my attendance at the Event, whether arising out of the negligence of the Company or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Company or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Company and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.

I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys’ fees, fees and costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my attendance at the Event.

This Release constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Company and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Company and me and their respective successors and assigns.

BY CHECKING THIS BOX, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ATTENDING THE EVENT AND ENTERING ONTO THE LOCATION AT WHICH IT IS HELD OF MY OWN ACCORD AND AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY.
