Usage
Stability Matters
Ensure that the meditation cushion is placed on a level and stable surface before use. This will provide a secure foundation for your meditation practice.
Posture
Sit on the front 1/3 of the cushion to achieve a pelvic tilt.
Use a Mat
For added comfort, consider purchasing our floor cushion cushion. This can provide extra padding and support for the knees and ankles.
Mindful Transitions:
When transitioning on or off the cushion, do so mindfully and gently to maintain a sense of calm and focus throughout your meditation practice.
Personal Comfort
Everyone's body is unique, so adjust the cushion’s positioning and add any additional cushions according to your individual comfort requirements.
Storage & Cleaning
Store the cushion in a dry, cool place to maintain its quality. Wipe down the cushion with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep it clean and dust-free.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales outside of the US Continental are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee. If you would like to use your own shipping label for a return, you will not be subject to the shipping fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
