- Six nights (April 15-21/depart) at Monument Valley ‘Hillside Villas’ at Goulding’s Lodge: Each of the Villas is over 550 square feet with a large living/kitchen combination, a separate bedroom and one bathroom. These Villas have two queen beds, a queen-size hide-a-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The Villas offer a great view, plenty of space, air conditioning, Keurig coffee makers, satellite TV, and free WiFi.
- One night (April 21-22/depart) hotel in Phoenix.

When NOT traveling with a companion/partner/friend, we CAN ONLY GUARANTEE pairing you with a roommate in DOUBLE room occupancy.

- Tour price per person for a TRIPLE or QUAD or QUINT Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling with 2 or 3 or 4 companions and sharing a Suite/Room and Beds
This set-up works for a couple, plus two singles. It can also work for two couples plus a single, or single friends that would share.
Payment Plan:
Deposit: $999 USD upon registration to reserve your place – refundable (minus 10%) if canceling before January 1st, 2026
Payment 1: $2,000 USD due by December 1st, 2025 – refundable (minus 20%) if canceling before February 1st, 2026
Payment 2: $1,000 USD due by February 1st, 2026 – refundable (minus 30%) if canceling before March 14th, 2026
We understand that plans may change, and we’ll always do our best to support you. Our refund policy is as follows:
Before January 1, 2026: Refund minus 10% fee
Before February 1, 2026: Refund minus 20% fee
Before March 14, 2026: Refund minus 30% fee
On or after March 14, 2026: Non-refundable
If the tour is canceled for reasons beyond our control (such as weather, political unrest, or similar causes), you will receive a refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
If the tour is postponed to new dates, your payments will be applied to the rescheduled tour. If you are unable to attend the new dates, the same cancellation policy applies.
Please note: If a tour must be canceled while in progress due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a pandemic), no reimbursement can be provided for unused days, as these costs are non-recoverable.
Gregg Braden has been traveling the world for nearly 40 years and has rarely missed a tour or event he committed to. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond his control prevent him from participating, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. If rescheduling is not possible and the tour is canceled, the above cancellation policy will apply.
We will always do our best to postpone rather than cancel a tour. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to help recover any costs related to cancellation, interruption, or unexpected travel issues.
By registering for this tour, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, conditions, and policies. You also waive the right to any additional claims for compensation or damages (including expenses, loss of time, or inconvenience) that may result from changes, postponements, or cancellations. These terms are binding and non-negotiable.
It is highly advisable that you obtain comprehensive Travel Insurance to recuperate any losses you may incur.
